Valken Shipping Information

At Valken Sports, we make every effort to process all orders as quickly as possible, with most in-stock items shipping within 48 hours from our distribution center. Valken currently ships online orders to the contiguous United States, with various shipping options available. Please be aware that some items like airsoft batteries, air tanks, green gas, and other similar items may ship ground as required by law and Valken cannot be responsible for delays based upon these rules and regulations. Please be aware some items may not be eligible for free or discounted shipping due to size and weight. Shipping Times

  • Valken Economy Shipping: 6-9 business days
  • Valken Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Valken 3-Day Express Shipping: 3 business days
  • Valken 2-Day Express Shipping: 2 business days
  • Valken Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
*Please note that to improve our shopping experience for all customers, Valken now offers insurance on every shipment through ROUTE. This option is automatically checked for each order upon checkout and to cancel this coverage, the customer must manually un-check this box. Valken asks that ALL CUSTOMERS be aware that Valken CANNOT be responsible for lost or damaged shipments through any shipping service provided, should a customer refuse Route insurance coverage on their purchase.


*Express or overnight orders must be placed by 12pm EST to ship on the same day. If orders are placed after 12pm EST, they will ship on the next business day.

*EU CUSTOMERS - While Valken will make every effort to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible when received, please expect shipping to take a minimum of 7 days. Due to COVID, customs and applicable international regulations, Valken cannot guarantee shipping arrival times and assumes no responsibility for delays after orders are processed and leave the Valken facility.


Please be aware that Valken cannot take responsibility for delays on product shipped promptly from our warehouse per these guidelines and shipping costs are generally non-refundable from Valken, though in cases of lost or mis-handled packages Valken will make every effort to work with the shipping carrier to satisfy the customer in every way possible.

Please note that while Valken makes every effort with our trusted shipping partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of all packages, Valken can take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier has marked them as delivered.
